/ RETURNS POLICY

We stand by all our products and place the utmost care in creating them and we want our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. 

 

On receipt of your order, we request that you check your package. If any products are incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will review the issue and do our best to help you resolve it.

 

If your return claim is accepted, the products should be sent back within 14 working days from receipt. Once received, we will issue a full refund of the purchase. 

 

We aim to describe and display products as close to reality as possible. However, because the handmade nature of the products, size, weight, shape and colours may vary slightly between batches. Being completely natural, no two items are identical. We therefore cannot accept refunds or returns based on these grounds.

To put a claim for a refund or exchange, please contact us via email before returning any products. We do not accept change of mind as a return reason.

After returns are received in full, we will refund the value of the returned products within 30 days. Unless the products are deemed faulty, the customer is responsible for delivery charges for returns or exchange.
